Julian Wiles

Director, designer, and playwright Julian Wiles founded Charleston Stage in 1978. As Charleston's resident professional theatre company, it has grown into one of South Carolina's largest arts institutions. Wiles is a recipient of the 2010 Elizabeth O'Neill Verner Governor's Awards for the Arts, the highest honor in the arts awarded by the state of South Carolina.
